Assemblymember Katcho Achadjian
R-San Luis Obispo

Elected in to the 33rd Assembly District, in November 2010 and re-elected to the 35th Assembly District in November 2012, he represents the communities of Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Grover Beach, Guadalupe, Lompoc, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria.   Serves as chairman of the Assembly Committee on Local Government.  Also serves on the Joint Legislative Audit Committee; the Committee on Banking and Finance; the Committee on Transportation; and the Committee on Accountability and Administrative Review. Prior to his election to the Assembly, he served for three terms as an elected member of the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. He founded and has successfully run a small business for more than 30 years. Appointed to the Little Hoover Commission by Speaker of the Assembly John Pérez in July 2011.
