Tom Quinn Served as Governor Brown's campaign manager during his successful 1974 run for governor and advised him in his 2010 campaign. Served as chairman of the California Air Resources Board from 1975 to 1979 and served on the board of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency from 1992 to 1995. Former secretary of Environmental Affairs during Governor Brown's first administration. Currently chairman and CEO of City News Service Inc., managing partner of Sierra Investments, president of Americom Broadcasting and chairman of Reno Media Group.
