Currently a writer and producer for NBC, HBO and Warner Brothers. Previously served as chief of staff to Lt. Governor Cruz Bustamante and counsel for the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers. Also served as a federal prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice Criminal Division in Washington, D.C., and the Central District of California. Teaches as an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law and was appointed by the California Chief Justice Ronald George to serve a two-year term on the Commission for Impartial Courts, Task Force on Public Information and Education. Appointed to the Commission by the Senate Rules Committee on April 12, 2010.
