| Mark Vargas D-Los Angeles Currently president of Mission Infrastructure. Served as a special assistant to Governor Gray Davis, a Governor’s appointee as liaison to the Mexican governments of Baja California and Baja California Sur, and an appointee of Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa to the Los Angeles Rent Adjustment Commission. Currently a delegate to the California Democratic Party. Served as a senior project manager for Cordoba Corporation and is a LEED Accredited professional. Currently a member of the boards of the California YMCA Youth & Government Model Legislature and Court, Inland Action and Grand Performances.
