Description of Study
The purpose of this study is to develop fundamental reform proposals that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of California's human services programs. The Commission will explore and develop strategic reforms to how California funds, operates and oversees services to children and families to improve performance, motivate on-going innovation, and increase public accountability and cost-effectiveness.
