Copies of reports may be purchased for $5 per copy plus $2.50 for shipping.  If you would like a copy of a report, please use the link below to send your name, complete address, telephone number and email address and the name and/or the number of the report and the quantity.  Please be sure to provide all of the information requested so that we may promptly and accurately process your request.  Report titles and numbers are located under the List of Reports.
