The Little Hoover Commission biennial reports summarize all Commission activities during each two-year legislative session. Reports include details about studies conducted, reports issued and legislation supported.

Selected biennial reports are accessible via this web site in PDF, HTML and Word Perfect (zipped with PKZip) formats. To view reports in PDF format, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Some graphics, charts and tables contained in reports prior to 1999 are not accessible. If you want a copy of a report with all of the charts included, or a copy of a report not accessible on this web site, send the request via the Electronic Order Form.
