Description of Study

The Little Hoover Commission is reviewing higher education in California. The Commission is evaluating the impact that the decline in state funding has had on California's higher education institutions, and how the postsecondary education system can help produce an informed citzenry and a workforce with the advanced certificates and degrees that the state's econonic future depends on.
